These terms apply to purchases from jimwand.com, which is operated by Wand Enterprises (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to buy show videos, because your account is how we unlock them for you. Keep your login private. Your account is for your own use and must not be shared.
Show videos: what you get
- Buying a show video gives you a personal, non-transferable right to stream it while you are logged in to the account you bought it with, for as long as the store operates.
- Videos are for private viewing only. Do not download, copy, record, re-upload, publicly screen or resell them.
- Videos are streamed from Vimeo. Playback needs an internet connection and a supported browser.
- If we ever close the video store, we will give reasonable advance notice.
Audio and other products
Digital downloads are licensed for your personal use and may not be redistributed. Hypnosis audio is intended for relaxation and self-improvement. It is not medical or psychological treatment and is no substitute for professional care. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

All videos, audio, images and text on this site belong to Jim Wand or are used under license, and are protected by copyright. The show recordings are live, unscripted performances; audience volunteers took part voluntarily.
Liability
We provide the site and products “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
