This policy explains what personal information jimwand.com collects, why, and who it is shared with. The site is operated by Wand Enterprises (“we”, “us”). Questions: wandenterprises@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account and order details: name, email address, billing address, phone (if given), what you bought and when. Buying a show video requires an account, because your account is what unlocks the video.
- Payment details: card payments are processed by Stripe (including Stripe Link). Your full card number goes to Stripe, never to us; we only see the card type, last four digits and expiry.
- Messages you send us through contact or booking forms, or by email.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically by the site, its security software and its analytics.
How we use it
- To process orders, give you access to the videos and audio you purchased, and send order and account emails.
- To answer your questions and booking enquiries.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and spam.
- To understand how the site is used and measure our advertising.
- To send newsletters, only if you opted in.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Vimeo: show videos are streamed from Vimeo. When you play a video, Vimeo receives your IP address and player usage data under Vimeo’s privacy policy.
- Hosting, security and email providers that run the site and deliver its email.
- Analytics and advertising services: Google Analytics and Jetpack (WordPress.com) site statistics, which use cookies to measure visits. If we use Google advertising to promote our products, Google may also measure which ads led to a purchase.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, and for the analytics and advertising services listed above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but you will then be unable to log in or check out.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. We keep your account for as long as it is open, so that your purchased videos stay available to you. Form messages are kept only as long as they are useful.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your details in My Account. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing wandenterprises@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes access to videos you purchased. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
